Advice I didn't know I needed to help with this process. Thank you so much.

I have such a hard time changing my behaviors. Making habits is almost impossible. I found it takes me about six months of having to consciously, use a ton of strategies every god damn day to build a habit before it starts feeling a little bit easier to do. But the thing is, I absolutely hate repetitiveness because I start feeling so painfully bored with my life, and I also get this horrible feeling that time is warped and passes way too fast if I do things the same way or in the same order for too long. I'm serious. I own about 30 different coffee cups to mark to myself that each morning is different.

So the few times I've managed to get a habit to feel easy to do, I start hating it because it's so boring and just feels dull. I guess that's also why I have never successfully stayed at a job for more than a year. That is the point where I start feeling so depressed that I can't anymore. Adhd is such a hard condition because you feel like your brain works the opposite of society and you will either make yourself sick trying to assimilate in society, or society will tell you you're broken if you stop trying to fit in.

Sadly, by the time I go right in it again, I have lost it already.
