//FAQs??

-How many squares do I need for a baby blanket?

This can vary, it really can be however big or small you like, but i generally do 4x4 or 5x5.

-How many chains shall I do for a *single/double/etc' blanket?

Again, this can vary. I would suggest that you do your chain and lay it down agains the bed you are wanting it for. It should be the same width. You should then ad a few more to make it a little wider.

-How much yarn do I need?

Unfortunately, I will be able to answer individuals questions about how much yarn you would used do to multiple factors affecting it. Such as, your tension, the size of hook and the yarn being used.

-What equipment do you use?

-What do you do for a living?

I would really like to see up close which actual chain you go into at the very start and again when working the vertical line where the join goes under the horizontal row. The thing I particularly liked about your videos when learning to crochet in the past was you showed exactly which stitch or gap to go into with close up shots . Thanks.

Love the stitch !! I will be using this in future although after my last granny square blanket I said I wasn’t doing another because of the joining of them !! You may have just tempted me into another granny square blanket ! 😂💞

This is by far the most beautiful join I’ve found. It’s a strong connection, looks like an important design feature and is really easy. I’ll use this every time going forward. Very many thanks for sharing.

I absolutely love this technique! Thank you for sharing this! I have some 6 stranded granny squares that I have tucked away because I didn't care for the size it became. I originally sewed it together and just have dreaded putting it back together! Again thank you for this!

Just what I was searching for. Looks like a nice, sturdy join with a decorative element that doesn't detract or overpower the square design. Thank you!
