This isn't the first time I'm coming across your channel, but I've gotta say, you are up there when it comes to 'clarity'. Some of your stuff helped me get through last year which was my first year of college as a middle-aged mature student. Now I'm in my second year you're probably one of the teachers I'm going to focus on just because of the way you are articulating these concepts. It has taken me a long time to figure out which teachers I can grasp and hopefully with the right approach to study I'll make it through. Thank you!

28:05 It should be (a+b)^n and not (a+b)^n-1.

Just a question for PR.2: The binomial theorem. The coefficient of x^3y^8 in the expansion of (x+y)^11 isn't it be 12 choose 3? According to (a-b)^(n-1) so for (x+y)^11=>(x+y)^(12-1)

The combinatorial proof does not seem like a rigorous proofing method. It seems as though I could "prove" a false identity by just selecting a word problem that happens to be an instance where said identity produces a true result.

Could you please tell me what textbook are you using for the course material?
