My empathic abilities are very weakened when I drink alcohol. Thats probably why when Im around negative people, I tend to drink in excess. Last time i was really drunk was in 2011. Stopped drinking because i had an bad experience with a massive blackout.. I now watch others wasting their health and money. I can have a beer, but that’s it. Alcohol taste really bad if you stay away from in for a year or two.

I had some trauma and alcohol use issues as a university student that began in unfortunate situations when I was a teenager. I had a black out drunk experience at Christmas with my family when I could not handle it anymore, and they said it was like I had been possessed by a demon. I hurt myself and was screeching I did not trust anyone and they were liars and they had to sit on me to hold me down. Usually, I am quiet and sensitive with autism and focus on working and studying. My memory from that event is very poor, but my voice was lost for a few days from the shouting and I did not recover my normal emotions for a month.

I've noticed that couple cup of teas relax me almost as goodly as alcohol, but I'm not gonna completely quit alcohol. Gonna listen my body, my body can sometimes take couple of cold beers. As it can take sometimes chocolate bar with coffee.

There's a difference between a girly drink and what are called "spirits." One of 30% alcohol, the other is 5. HUGE difference. I don't have any need for the hard stuff, but you know what, I'm not going to judge someone who does anymore. Also, 1 Timothy 5:23 Drink  no longer water, but use a little wine for thy stomach's sake and thine often infirmities." Actual Bible verse. Plus yeah, Jesus turned the water into wine. The Bible DOES NOT SAY ANYWHERE, "DO NOT DRINK." It says this, Ephesians 5:18
"Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit." God doesn't want us to get wasted, that opens doors to the demonic. But so does overeating food. We should fear God in all we do. He knows what is good for us. We do not know enough about someone else to tell them they should never drink or judge them if they do.
