This also what came to my mind recently when I watched some clips about alcohol by andrew huberman (a neuroscientist from Stanford Uni). You'll hear often from mainstream western media how alcohol/wine is good for our body/health in little/moderate amounts. Turns out, according to huberman alcohol is bad even in tiny amounts.

I am 100% sure that Alcohol interferes with the brain's communication pathways and can affect the way the brain works because it interacts with several neurotransmitter systems in the brain's reward and stress circuits but yeah, if you are not smart enough to get that then lets say that its spirits that possess you 😅
