Polls are useless people. Compare the rallies, the on-the-ground organizing between the two campaigns, the enthusiasm for Harris, and the amount of pissed-off women across this country. Get out and vote Blue with the rest of us! And for heavens sake, stop panicking

I have one piece of the puzzle that bolsters your correct thery that Harris is ahead. My wife and I are registered Republican voter who supported Haley in the primary. There is no way we would vote for Trump. We mailed in our ballots and both voted for Harris last week in Florida. There are a huge swath of never Trumpers who will vote for Harris because we feel Trump has destroyed the Republican Party and want to see MAGA go away. Pennsylvania is a good example where Haley received almost 17% of the primary vote even though she had withdrew before the primary. Trump cannot win losing even one half of the Haley voters. Past elections where Trump ran he had total Republican support but not this time. He will most definitely lose.

Just had a phone banking session last night. My local dem chapter were great hosts -- apparently, so many people have been reached that we're onto persuasion conversations. If you can and feel like you are able to happily, calmly speak with undecideds and conservative voters about the Harris campaign and the relevant issues, I highly recommend doing so!

I appreciate your candid comments and voice of sanity. I think many people, including me, have been neurotic about this election. Even when this year started, I dreaded it and wanted to just skip over it. I knew it was going to be bad. I like many others are just sick of Trump and all his threats and drama. I am worried sick that they could prevail and I really want a blue wave so we can be done with MAGA once and for all. That probably won't happen but if Kamala can win convincingly then we can challenge it better.

I am a Democrat but I grew up in a classically Republican family. They were patriotic. They believed strongly in the Rule of Law. They are gone now but I believe there are many Republicans like them who know exactly what Trump is and the threat he represents to the homeland. I have the believe that the patriot in their heart will compel many of them to vote for Harris. I hope so, because we need them. MAGA represents the opposite of what my family believed in. I have to believe that conviction and integrity matters to more Americans than perhaps we know. They are out there. They must be. We can do it. Knock every door. Fight. WIN!

I was siting in a coffee shop today. While there, I could not help but think over and over, that fate would have Kamala Harris win this election. It is maddening to contemplate that our fate would be placed in the hands of that man. My God, that cannot happen.

The worry and anxiety have actually depressed the votes of Dems. I know, because it happened to me and others. Anxiety DOES NOT inspire action. Hope does. That is why Obama crushed it in 2008. I had to break out of the anxiety, so I decided to "do a little something". So I sent a simple image that read, "I Voted. Did you?" to 127 people in my contacts. It was incredibly easy. Many have responded that they have already voted or have a plan to vote. I feel so much better, and I am able to do more. And I have reconnected with a lot of people.
