"The Thin Red Line" wasn't necessarily a war movie. It was a movie about war, a reflection on life, mortality and the finite time we all have in this world. All that was underlined by this wonderful soundtrack!

though i've never seen the thin red line, this tune is excellent. it can be used in a flashback scene. hans zimmer - finest composer ever.
