You don't pump millions into anything without the expectation on a return in your investment, the fact that these elected officials end up being multi millionaires after working as a "Public Servant" should say something. Look at Mad Maxine Waters and Nancy Pelosi, neither of them have any practical job skills yet somehow they are both millionaires many times over.
