Using Adobe Premiere Pro CC to Synchronize Two Audio Tracks With Different Clocks

Sometimes, the clocks on devices that are producing audio are not exactly the same. In this case, I had one clock that would lag about 1/10th of a second for every 10 minutes of video.

The auto sync function in Premiere does not work in this case so it's off to the post production hand editing studio.

Here is my workflow

What if the video capture lost frames? Is there a way to set some markers and get Premiere to change "speed" so the markers allign? Thanks!

Thanks for posting this!  I had two audio tracks that didn't line up either and needed to sync them manually.  I was wondering if this was the way to do it.

unfortunately if you have a clapper sound to sync (shown as a spike) the things are way harder than that. Clapper sound is a just 1 line sometimes barely visible in audio line even with zoom level maxed. Plus when moving the audio doesnt move in realtime, instant you move it's ghost as result a lot guess work goes in.
