I know this is controversial, but I think you guys should go the fake pitches like Australia.

Don't get me wrong, I love real pitches, but the bowling is just so slow compared to any adult level of cricket in Australia. I believe this is because you'll get nothing out of a fake grass pitch but must be quick or really skilled.
