What is happening? Is that palm rejection misbehaving?

What do you think about latest digital pen and tablet developments? I was kinda surprised how well your HP 2730p was working in "Sketchbook Pro 2011 quick test" video. What technology was that, Wacom?

Sometimes I use my super old super cheap Wacom Bamboo tablet without screen for sketching, I think it's ok for less structural things, but very difficult to sketch something more complicated with more structure. I'm kinda sick of it and I don't think I want another tablet without screen, even if it's better, like Intuos Pro. And Cintiq is super expensive and not portable (non Companion versions), or not very useful as anything else besides drawing tablet. So I keep looking out what's happening in tablet and hybrid PC field.

Overall I'm a bit confused with what is going on these days. Microsoft is using N-Trig, so I'm wondering if it is going to reach Wacom technology level, and is it going to be good enough for professional sketching for industrial design (or any art). iPad Pro looks interesting but people say it's sometimes not as accurate without a pointer, and software is not always as full featured. And I never heard what technology it is using. All other brands are kinda less known and there is less info about it, kinda difficult to know if anything is good. I saw your video about Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga, but I kinda hate Lenovo designs, also that pen looks super thin.
