Had a bad experience with Volaris. Staff could not provide accurate information for a 3hr flight delay

However that said, 38.00 for a flight to Mexico can't be beat.

i was wondering if i’m able to take my dyson airwrap in my carrry on because i know the restrictions for baggage is that curling irons and straightest aren’t allowed on carry on but it doesn’t say anything about a hair dryer

I flew volaris for my second flight (first was as a baby so i didnt remember) and honestly they were pretty good i flew to puerto vallarta which was like a 2 hour flight the customer service wasnt bad

Well I had this one bad experience with Volaris It’s that we bought the tickets from Guadalajara to Chicago O’hare and when we were boarding they said that they sold our seats i was going with my family but my mom said that My dad had to go to work the next day and me and my sister we had school the next day so they booked us another flight to another airport and from there to chicago. We just flew back to Guadalajara again 5 days ago and the flight was awesome the take off and the landing was super smooth! It was silent

When me and my dad go to Mexico we always use volarís and the landings are not to great but that is probably just me but I still had fun with the landings when i was a kid cuz it felt like a rollercoaster

They took our seats and sold them and the new seats we got was a seat with no window and I had to sit with a random lady and they put my under aged sister sat next to random people

Volaris is a terrible airline, tons of hidden fees, they charge you a tax that costs more than the flight ticket, how is that even legal
