This Homemade boba coffee or should I say bubble coffee is the perfect refreshing iced drink, delicious milky coffee served over succulent chewy tapioca pearls. Ditch the queue and also save some coins by making this drink at home in under 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS (serves 2)
¾ cup instant tapioca pearls
5 cups water
2 cups brewed coffee this could be instant coffee, cold brew, espresso, or cooled freshly brewed coffee
200 ml milk dairy or plant-based milk
Vanilla sugar syrup optional
2 tbsp honey
Ice optional

That’s what I was thinking, and then in my own story of my main favorite characters, when (Shock from the Nightmare before Christmas) makes homemade iced coffee with boba at a Spanish penthouse, and it came out great “despite going to Starbucks and getting a coffee because of the pandemic” and the iced coffee with boba is semi-sweet, and delicious 😋
