Relaxing atmosphere on the farm but a ton of hard work as well.

Gotta agree on the ole diesel, why I love my old 76 Che-Vee 4x4 short bed. engine, intake, carb dun. So easy to work on (says the guy waiting on his Cybertruck lol)

My son has one of those Toyota FJ 55 aka iron pig. The prices on them keep going up as well. Glad you’re enjoying the JD. things should be cooling off fairly soon.

Awesome 4Runner! I had a 1981 Toyota SR5 4x4 pickup gray with a matching topper. It also had the 22R under the hood. No power and no speed but ran like a champ. I worked a few years doing Archaeology in that truck and slept many nights in the back. Some of my fondest memories. I almost died a few times in that truck. I've hallucinated a few times in that truck(long stories). I've run to that truck from a grizzly. Had some fun..wink wink in that truck. That truck went up goat trails in Rockies and found Anasazi ruins in the desert. It crossed the Continental Divide a half dozen times. That truck was a part of me and I let it part from me. If it would have stayed in ND or MN it would be nothing but a pile of rust now. I hope it is still trucking. Sold it in Grand Junction, CO in 1996. You always dig up good memories.

I haven't seen that Toyota in a long time, my friend has an 83 4door, 5speed, 4 WD, still like new, but those boats are some gems also, I'd like to see more of those, That big 1 would be nice on Possum Kingdom Lake.
