I think streaming is not good if you're out to make quick money. If you're enjoying streaming and gaining subs and a fan base, it could be good for you in the long run but if you're getting into it for the money, you will probably burn out.

When starting the stream there is an Edit box and in Monetize section can add 6 different advert types. Is it good to tick them all to place adds during the stream, or does it disrupt too much is teaching for example?

Thanks for sharing! I love to see various experiences with YouTube monetization. So far, for me, AdSense itself has been the most profitable. I have just a handful of members who have joined, and no one has made any purchases through affiliates. I'll definitely need to try live streaming again to see if it can be profitable for me!

How do u put more ads in stream to make more money?

A good video my friend. Basically then - it doesn't matter much if you have 4 viewers or 104 viewers in a live - - except if adverts then get placed on more popular (more viewer) lives! I also got from this - that a poor watched live may be shared by someone and it becomes a high paying live - verses one lots of people watch for the whole live (but don't share). So my advice to all is - that you cannot control what the viewers do (eg share or make it viral) - so sit back and just enjoy making videos (and lives). I find new folk by doing lives (people just search for lives and may not have found my channel if I had not done a live when they searched). I also like the interaction and find viewers tend to feel they then know you better and stick with your channel.

I think live streaming is for your viewers. You are creating a community, the money follows. So it's worth it. Amounts many differ depending on where people are watchibng from, I think. You earn more if they are in USA for example. Thank you for sharing!
