Thanks! Best "tutorial" video yet. Loved the new format. Still like your regular videos too so keep up the great work of building up our hobby!

I love all your videos, but this format is better for tutorial. Great explanations in this one, thanks :) keep ‘em coming, we’ll keep watching and trying to keep up!

I really like the explanation of the stick maneuvers . I fly mode 1, so it really helps me understand what you are doing during the flight.

Jon, I think this is your best tutorial video to date... Very well

Awesome flying. Thanks for explaining it so clearly makes more positive to try it to

I like this format with explaining the maneuvers.
It's windy, 10+ mph, almost every day around the CA /NV /AZ intersection. Either fly in the wind or not at all. It definitely adds to the fun. Although most of the damage to my planes is from getting blown over after landing.

Excellent video/explanation! Never thought of dampening my sticks. I’ll have to check into that. Also like the transcript.

Very nice demonstration, I really appreciate your effort in making and posting this video!

Nice video! Someone else talked about not having more than 45 degrees of aileron as more than that disrupts air over the tail. I’d noticed max aileron seemed to loose control authority, and that explanation made sense.

I have this plane and run it at 70% throw. It is still a handful.

I replaced the wheels with dubros 3" ultra slims so it would land on grass better.

On my timber x 1.2, I noticed there's a couple ways to initiate it. But successfully pulling it off depends on when I initiate the aileron and throttle input at a certain angle after it begins to fall. If I don't catch it at that split second it just turns into a flat spin 🤷‍♀️

Hope you will do a future vid & transcript and include a “pop top”, “blender”, and “knife edge spiral”. Kool vid, Jon. Thanks. 👍🏻

Legends say that the tailwheel is still rolling its own path...

Just watched another channel pull about 5oz of weights that were embedded in the nose of the Ultimate. Would be interesting to see what that mod would do for its 3D flying.

This video is pretty good. What would make it better is having no music at all
