In this video I show y'all how to make bacon and eggs with cheese muffin recipe. This quick and easy muffin tin recipe is made with bacon inside the eggs on top of a toasty bottom and topped with cheddar cheese. Can be made and stored in the fridge for up to one week for a grab-as-you-go quick breakfast.
Shopping List: Servings: 6 muffins
3 strips bacon cut in half (total 6 pieces)
6 eggs
2 tbsp milk
Shredded cheddar cheese
6 pieces of bread
Salt and pepper
Parsley for garnish
Warm maple syrup
Non-stick cooking spray
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350
Fry the bacon crisp then crumble. Set aside.
Add milk and crumpled bacon to the eggs and beat. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cheese.
Bake in the oven 20 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and serve with warm maple syrup.
