This sounds easy and in reality and practice it is (on anything BUT a tmaxx). My maxx has a flat motor mount which moves all over the place when you try to tighten it. Even if I get a PERFECT mesh, when I go to tighten the four screws underneath, the motor fricken moves make g the mesh I just set got out of alignment. :(
