From my experience, there are a lot of very charismatic people out there who are extremely arrogant, and a lot who are humble. So I wouldn't call humility a characteristic trait of charismatic people, although it can be a bonus. From what I've seen, charismatic people simply are able to talk a LOT. And that's because they're confident enough in themselves not to care what other people think of what they're saying, so they say whatever's on their mind. Plus a few other characteristics like being able to talk loudly (with good intonation), having strong body language, etc.

Great speech, but how can you be humble and at the same time be daring enough to cease opportunities in life, places where you either have to put yourself ahead of your competition to serve your own good?
