This is not Imperials VS Stormcloaks, it's Whiterun Guards VS Stormcloaks. The original Whiterun Guards even have a line about this: "Imperials, Stormcloaks, Dragons, I don't care what I kill. Let them come."

Always found it interesting how there are less negative responses to an Imperial victory than a Stormcloak one.

I love how everything is worse when the Stormcloacks take over but the worst thing to happen when the Empire takes over is a few people are angry.

Whiterun is always my first base and is always my main base unless I adopt, but even then most of my equipment is stored there. Whiterun’s Jarl is also my favorite, so I’ve made it a policy that I do not side with imperial or stormcloak, I side with whiterun. Unfortunately no matter what Whiterun is always attacked by the stormcloaks so they are the ones who usefully feel my Thu’um.

P.S. We need a mod to allow us to install Baulgruf The Greater as High King.

The stormcloak army is mainly comprised of like farmers and random men like that who weren’t soldiers, so when they take over they don’t exactly know how to be proper guards lol.

Doesn’t excuse the Imperial dogs on their Thalmor leash.

Skyrim should be free to worship Talos!

We Imperials can say whatever we want, but Skyrim's Nords are a proud nation and one not to give up so easily, even if Skyrim gains independence I think that Skyrim could hold against the Dominion, kind of like Hammerfell did

I think it's important that the imperials win, we need them to protect Skyrim from the threat of the Thalmor. What Ulfric is doing is weakening Skyrim and making it that much easier for the elves to win. They want to take over the entire planet, pretty much in a nutshell.
