I work for a freight company, and I handle packages for UPS/FedEX etc. I do address corrections on the daily, and I can tell you that we'll -NEVER- reach out to you via text. You will get a PHONE CALL...or an email if you listed one, but we will never ever EVER text you. Please please please PLEASE do not fall for this.

(also, please make sure you have a proper address on your package, it makes my life way easier <3)

Android user here with no expensive packages on the way and I've gotten 4 or so of these texts in recent weeks. Always think twice about something out of the ordinary like this

First time I got this, I put in my address, but stopped short of putting in my credit card info... I totally thought it could be legit because my parents were moving back from South America and were having a bunch of stuff sent to me...

also noticed its not asking you to pick it up at the post office (these scammers are idiots). And Notice it doesn't link to USPS, but to fish looking URL! that's def not the post office site. LOL, these scammers aren't even trying.
