Small issue though - in Europe, you do not have the options of Opting In and Opting Out clearly displayed on the app/website first opening. Most publishers show "Opt In" and "More Options". The user has to dig through several options and data co-processors under "More Options" prior to opting out of being tracked. This discourages users to opt out and they end sharing their data out of frustration. It is one of the major and most obvious loopholes in GDPR.
