First use of my new OP V1.0 today. Not impressed when all I could see was airbag data and link errors for engine. Will give iCarsoft a bit of time on strength of this video. Yet... My ride remains down = Not nice. ...Informative video. Many thanks.

I have the same problem as others. The email address wasn't attached to this recording as mentioned. The link you provided no longer works as well.

I'm using the red one.In your video, when you press the engine icon i see that it says POR(Porche).When i plug it in, it start scanning and immediately say "communication fault". It doesn't even connect, (recognize) my car.I've tried everthing, (update, checked the fuses etc..)nothing works.So now i'm stucked...😌😪

I'm regretting buying the icarsoft LR v3.0, if the tools don't work with it, then why does the tool have that option lol.

I got “locked out” of my recent Ver2 unit saying “error 3”.
My wife updated to version 2 software, screen cleared, worked for a minute then locked out with the same “error 3” screen.
Tried plugs were connected properly but made no difference.
Just sent an email to my supplier here in Australia, Elite-Electronics.
Ask me for an update and I will tell you if they were any help.
This tool got such good reviews, but if it’s going to lock me out, then $200 plus down the drain. Let’s see how good the “customer service” is.

Not a very good item. Just does not connect. Citroen C3 2004. Cant even ‘diagnose ‘ engine fault. Not recommended..

Don't buy this carsoft scanner version 2 I've only used it three times got error code soon as plug in haven't got a laptop so im stuffed useless rubbish.
