These tips and advice really helped. For those of you who are preparing for an interview, make sure dress appropriately for the interview and the type of job you're applying for and do make sure you arrive 15 min earlier. It's also the small things that make you stand out. You can use some of the words he gives you(Tops to that). And best of all, be yourself and be relaxed. Even if you don't remember everything or can't manage to get all the words out, take your time and just say what you remember. Make the most of it and talk a bit casual, sometimes interviewers might make you feel relaxed and it'll feel like you're talking to a friend. All the best 🎉

I haven't been on a job interview in years but I enjoy watching these videos. As a person that has interviewed quite a few people in my life time. you would be surprised how many people ask" what do you guys do around here.". It got so bad, that when calling a potential candidate in for an interview. I had my assistant tell them that it would help them if they research the company before coming in. And to no surprise, they still came in without a clue in what we did.

I've asked, "are there any reservations you have about my fit for the role that I can address?". A recent hiring manager's boss liked this question and said more people should ask it. I guess it's the way you ask that shows initiative to work on weak areas. Definitely need thick skin when asking because one time, a manager from Netflix looked at my resume and said I don't see anything that jumps out to me. Lol
