I was the one who made the comment on your other video about wishing updates to sod gearing. While i agree that it's not as simple as just adding tier 2 tokens to the vendor, the reputation road isnt the best one. Comparing the hit belt to one of the ones from the 60 dungeons doesnt feel like great time spent. Casters have a cloth hit belt that works just fine to get into bwl/mc.

The goal of putting tier 2 on the vendor for 125/150 per token would be to get people doing these 60 dungeons again. It's extremely hard to get groups together as a solo player, or even in a guild. Most of the players dont gain anything from the reals if they have the gear/rep already. Blizz should add additional incentives to run these dungeons so it bolsters the number of players running those end game dungeons, helping fresh and returning players get groups together.

They really need to look at Guild Wars 2 to learn about Horizontal Progression to keep these old raids from becoming ghost towns.

I used Xockify for my bis lists through phase 4 but the past few phases, i'm also looking at wowhead and Icy Veins. I like how Wowhead has second best alternatives, and suggestions for different purposes (ex. Best TPS vs Best mitigation or Overall Best for tanks)

Join a guild and respect them, you’ll easily get handed MC and probably a lot of BWL gear.

Nax is next phase. Blizz needs to have figured out a catch up mechanic for gear. Hell I think they should have had something last phase when AQ started. "Join a guild" isn't a realistic answer for a lot of people. A mix of currency/questing/pvp would be interesting. If you at least participate in any of those you get currency for new gear so you can actually step in to raids.

Something does need to change by p7. Really hoping they act on it and realize the community wants/needs this to keep SoD fresh and going. It's been fun so far, don't let it derail.

Be careful when you pug a MC nowadays. They get like 30-40 man zergs and leave everything on open loot. Everyone was ninjaing everything and a binding actually dropped and hunters, mages and druids all rolled on it. Only do a MC thats SR.

Im also fresh 60 Rogue. When i look some raid streams, i see so many Buffs and dont know what 60% of those are 😅

Kaghoe, let’s get 40 people and start a fresh SoD guild (name: SoD Fresh[TM]) and then we all start fresh toons at level 1 and replay SOD together, complete with raiding in BFD (4 lockouts), Gnomer (4 lockouts), Sunken Temple (4 lockouts), into MC, BWL (simultaneously) etc… would be sweet to start fresh with SOD on a different class.

as this is greatly appreciated the issues I'm having are similar so some in the comments. there needs to be an actual catch-up system. iv done ~5 mcs so far as a healer I might add, and iv won 2 items... its discouraging and not fun... there's just to many ppl all rolling on the same items... the people putting the raids together stack all the same classes so they don't have to roll vs anyone... i joined 2 dif guilds and they told me "pug mc is easy enough, we go brain dead in mc".. they dont even run it... not to mention having to be on at the same time they decide to raid as... the real underlying issue here is blizzard being too on the fence about SoD.. they have a foot on both sides and its real annoying... they want to maintain the classic feel? like are they wanting to waste our time or not? I cannot for the life of me figure it out.

Did I hear wrong. All BRE dailies done in 15 minutes?

I only do three BRE dailies, solo. All located at the entrance to BRD. Forcing spawns and whatnot it takes me 20 to 30 mins depending on rng. And a double box, for me, so time spent per toon drops to 10 to 20 mins.

Three BRE dailies a day, every day doesn't burn me out on dailies.

Just one toon. Do em all. But if you have multiple 60s and can't pair them. You want to try to minimize the boredom with shorter(3 dailies) runs.

Over time you'll easily hit exalted with both factions. And you make 13-14 gold per toon. Every day. And helps avoid burnout no matter how many 60s you have to run through there a day.

I just hit 60 on my alliance hunter on crusader strike and I can't find a group for anything, there's like 5 people queued for all dungeons.

Until you realise no one gets invited to raids because the elitists on SOD won't take people because they're too focussed on gearscore.
Molten core, Zul Gurub and Blackwing Lair don't even get done anymore except the Hardmodes which you won't be invited too if you're a fresh 60.

I love the easy access to runes, but now it means when I try to run a dungeon or even ZG with my main for reals I’m stuck with trash 600 gear score alts and the run takes twice as long or the tank doesn’t know how to play and group folds. It’s pretty brutal dealing with these alts

I just got my alt to 60 but there arent any pre-raid dungeon groups going on. I had to go back to fresh.

No one wants to join sod and farm rep. It is the most boring thing to do
