They probably had an amazing holiday, but now, they're heartbroken because all of their souvenirs are gone?!
Please try and find and reunite these belongings and memories to their owner.
They'd be so grateful, and you would feel better for doing so, too! ❤

Nope, it's very disturbing on many levels . Clearly, the airline doesn't or didn't try very hard to repatriate the customer with their lost luggage . Buying from the airline? When did it become their property?

If I bought lost luggage and it had a name tag on it, I'd do my best to find the owner even with limited information before I claimed it as mine.
