Access Warrior Energy (Warrior Archetype - King, Warrior, Magician, Lover)

In this video, I discuss how to access Warrior Energy. This video is a follow-up from a previous video I made called 'How to Access King Energy' (which I will link below). This information is taken from the book King, Warrior, Magician, Lover - which is about mature masculine archetypes. The Warrior archetype is an interesting one because warrior energy has been damaged through our culture and society. This has cut us off from our authentic power. In this video, I explain some ways we can begin to access more of this energy in our own lives through shadow integration work.

I realized the more I suppress my emotions like anger, it comes back stronger and that anger is directed towards me. I start to blame myself for being weak and letting other people walk over me. I care too much about my reputation and because I didn't want to cause trouble, I just let things slide. I learned I need to respect myself and create boundaries so people will know that there is a line that shouldn't be crossed even if it means I'll be perceived as rude and selfish.
