I remember chatting with Niko at GDC 2018. We drank a few things together and chatted about Unity and prefabs. Glad to see all the work is finally paying off! Can't wait to use them officially =D

You have broken so many projects. Such a fundamental change to workflow should have been introduced only in 2019.1, not just before LTS. Major features like being able to edit a prefab in the context of a scene, or editing the components of multiple prefabs at once, are missing. You can't even see a prefab without clicking 'open prefab!' Where is your UX person?
The prefab changes make sense for a narrow, laboratory-condition programmer-perspective workflow - but not for the broad indie market making actual commercial products.
Try making a UI with this new system, and not being able to edit your UI prefabs in the context of the rest of the UI! A huge backwards step.
