Just make everything you want actually work and be somewhat not buggy. This is a GLORIOUS improvement to workflow for every single Unity developer.

Great. But I'm wondering why the prefab mode isn't it's own tab. That way, you can arrange the tab to leave the scene and game tabs visible, to see the prefab in true context (the prefab mode scene thing is cool, but no replacement for the actual scene).
I suggest when you edit an *instance* of a prefab, it just opens it right there, with the actual scene. I know the internal structure doesn't really support this any more, but it could be faked nicely. For editing a prefab *not* in the current scene, I suggest locking it in front of the editor camera, so you can fly about and see it in context *without* having to place it in the real scene first.

Why not letting the custom scene be changed inside the context of the prefab mode? This could be a scene field just like you have in the settings or it could be a dropdown field with a list of all the scenes you added as a prefab scene. Moreover, why not allowing assigning a prefab scene to a prefab? This way whenever you changed the prefab you could see it in the selected context. Right now, having to go to the settings every time to change it seems like a huge hassle (remember, reducing clicks). I anticipate that people will either create an overly complex scene to display everything or simply ignore the feature altogether (maybe use the regular scene? is it possible now?).

nested prefab is basically a folder of gameobjects right?
why is he having a hard time explaining it?
