Get Sleepy is *so* effective. I don't usually hear more than 5-10 minutes of any episode, because I'm asleep by that time. At the beginning of each episode, when I hear Thomas's wonderful deep voice with his British accent, I start to breathe deeply and am ready to nod off. There are other narrators, but, since they follow Thomas's introduction, I almost never hear their voices. I have recommended Get Sleepy to several friends, and I recommend it to you, too.
