Ireland has become a very very expensive country to live in rents are crazy, coffee is expensive and very few things are cheap.

I really admire your courage to take a leap of faith and move abroad for a new challenge. For the past 7 years I've been trying to save/invest and buy a house in Ireland. I'm 30 now and finally buying my own home by myself so I'm not dependent on anyone else. It really should not be this hard to do it and I'm honestly exhausted to the point where achieving this no longer means anything to me. I just feel like I wasted most of my 20s trying to buy a house when it really shouldn't be that hard to do. I don't think any of us expected the housing crisis to be this bad for so long. If I could go back in time to my 25 year old self I would tell myself to do exactly what you've done. Move to another country that actually values their young people. I hope you are getting on much better in your new country than you were in Ireland and that you aren't regretting the move.

Thank you for this video! I too was waiting for it. I too left Ireland in July last year after 17 years living there and was amazed by how fast my moods changed for better. Have not regretted the move at all. I just wish I was as brave as you and also moved back to my home country (Latvia). Maybe one day..

My wife is from Suceava, near Radauti. I met her when she moved to Ireland 15 years ago. She got lost in Cork city and asked me for directions. The rest is history as they say 😁

Your independent and strong spirit is quite admirable. Honestly I'm bit jealous of it.

Hi there. You can try Denmark, but keep in mind that this is also expensive country. But as I know people who work there are happy and good working conditions. Least corrupt country in the world. You can try US, but depends on the state because there are same problems or even worse than in Europe. So really, I suggest to do very good research and give a try. Talking about climate, well.... usually it is about opportunities, but weather only good in the summer, or warm climate a whole year, but job opportunities are very minimal and small salaries.

You could showcase some aspects of Moldova's culture, it would be interesting to see.

I left Dublin in 2011 and moved to Switzerland. I left because of the housing crisis back then ( yes the housing crisis existed even in 2006) when i first moved to Dublin from Sligo (where i’m from). Unfortunately the housing crisis is bad in Ireland (not just Dublin) anymore and salaries are very low in Ireland, i’m earning 4x times more in Switzerland than what i’d earn in Dublin and my rent is about the same price as Dublin.

When i came to Ireland i was watching a lot of your videos, I think you came here a year before me if i am correct, and i had agreed with your opinions on too many people living on social, not working, then getting houses for it and now I was also thinking moving on since my wife and i with a child cannot afford a normal home, everything in range of 170000 is a dumpster in cork, and smaller towns are too quiet isolated and could be a problem for our daughter's education opportunity. Probably going to continue working, finish college and move somwhere more affordable and better connected, even if salary is less, you get more for your money real estate wise and better climate🙄Love the people here thought, i wish working people were in better situation in Ireland

You are so suited to doing YouTube. I don’t know if it’s your accent or the way you carry yourself but your videos are really good 👏

I am baffled by how lonely the world can be, even for people like you, with such a good attitude, intellect, and beauty in and out. Good luck with your future endeavors 👍

The weather in Ireland is impossible for people who grew up with lots of sunshine and blue skies. Weather affects mood and happiness.
