Batman arkham city has an easter egg about the world's fair. When you go underneath gotham you find the world's fair city underneath.

From what I know, the structures were merely seen as an art piece, made out of lightweight wood and not actually suitable for living or any other function apart from looking nice on the outside. That’s why they were torn down.

Balboa Park in San Diego was built for expo. Still standing and beautiful

The one used in Melbourne in 1880 is still around and I believe actively used. I remember going to a car show there years ago. Was pretty cool, got an Atari t-shirt from one of the booths and two disks of demos for our ps2. What a time!

In Philadelphia, Memorial Hall that was once part of the 1876 World’s Fair, still stands. It currently houses the Please Touch Museum for children.

My great grandmother went to the world expo in St Louis. I'm the St Louis zoo, there are a couple animal buildings that are left from that event

there was a book i read in jail about the first world’s fair, and HH Holmes.

the book went back and forth between how two fair was planned and how the architects made everything, and the other half told what holmes was doing at the same time.

i can’t remember the name, though

Most of the 200 buildings erected for the 1893 Chicago fair were destroyed by a fire shortly after the fair closed. The only two remaining buildings are the Palace of Fine Arts and the World's Congress Auxiliary Building, which now houses the Museum of Science and Industry.

The point is we all never questioned anything and they occupied us with work, bills, and taxes so we would not pay attention to the truth. In order to keep lies you have to divide people and stop them from talking to each other. In Philadelphia one of the oldest cities everyday I pass these buildings and I am amazed. The building are halfway under the ground. There are fire places in the basements which the basements are the original first floors. So, what happened!!!

They were called Worlds Fair and I remember going to one in the 1980s. It was an awesome memory from my childhood.
