Although people don't prefer that JO and Laurie didn't end up together, i was kinda glad they didn't. Jo realised she loves Laurie not because she was in love with him but she was alone, and Laurie realised that though he loved Jo, Amy touches a part of his heart that makes him human, the couples that ended up together was because of the purity of their relationships, there was no loneliness, no competition just pure love for each other.

Halfway through the video, the chapter about Beth's bed/room being empty after she died came to mind and it brought me to tears. The edit was so delightful though. Also, the fact that all the sisters were like either into Laurie at one point or the other was kind of crazy to me.

This music video is absolutely PERFECT OMG 😭❤️❤️ I'm glad it doesn't ship Jo and Laurie like other videos do, but it gave every girl the partner they truly belonged with. Laurie and Amy, Mr. Brooke and Meg, but most of all, this captured the chemistry between Friedrich and Jo ❣️❣️❣️
