Same lawyer appearing for Rahul and same results including pleading in the media against the court verdict and cutting a sorry figure 3 times within a span of less than 4 months.

While his client infact is hardheaded and selfprovakable enough to repeat even uglier pranks which according to his lawyer is fearless nature of his client. One can imagine the incompetence and thought process of the lawyer and the leagal team of Cong. He frivolously wasted nearly 2 weeks just to obtain the english translation of the court verdict before appealing in the first instance. Instead he was shedding paid tears and questionimg the judgement. 

Rahul will do good to dismiss his leagal team and replace with better minds. There are plenty. 

Rahul also should find a Sam in India to stand behind him while he is deliverimg speach and addressing the media etc. Prevention is better than cure.
