Breaking News: Big Setback For Kejriwal Government, SC Refuses Stay On Delhi Ordinance

As per the latest news on Times Now, as far as the Centre's ordinance is concerned the CJI has referred the matter to a Constitution bench. In the earlier Court hearing the Supreme Court did say that it may refer the case to a Constitution bench and a confirmation coming in on the same.
