Honestly this Uruguay squad are going to suffer for years to come because many of their good players are old and this was most likely their last World Cup. Nunez is good but not good enough to lead a team and Valverde can’t really do much to create chances with the players around him. Well I’m Uruguayan and it really shamed me to see our footballers behave like thugs because they lost the classification to the knock-out round.. made us look like sore losers.. totally unsportsmanlike..
We lost because we quit attacking in the 2nd half.. should have scored 5.. settle for 3 and got canned by Corea..
