I found myself easily get lethargic. ..after body check up n blood check. I realized it due to low Hemoglobin.
since the symptoms is only lethargic. I don't have any bad habit like smoking . if I change my life style like exercise n get enough of rest. would it improve my

So from what I've understood, the reason why fetal hemoglobin needs to have more affinity for oxygen than adults hemoglobin is because it needs to bind to oxygen when it is released from the mother's hemoglobin?

The animation to show haemoglobin cooperativity is inaccurate. Each subunit does not change one at a time. Instead the 2 alpha-beta dimers move in unison. Thus there are 2 structural states of the haemoglobin: a "T" or tense state that has low affinity for oxygen and an "R" or relaxed state that has high affinity. For more info, see the Monod-Wyman-Changeux model. Otherwise pretty good.
