Everybody talks about raise the money or save for a deposit, and that's it you get the house...nobody talks about the "other" aspects..that you have to be employed, or have a business that generates some profit, so the lender approve the mortgage...even if it is a buy to let...i would like to hear more about that as well please...

Great video - do you know if I borrow money from family to purchase a BTL, can I claim the interest as tax deductible in the same way as I could if I borrowed from a bank ?

Definitely think you should have at least bought 1 or 2 house on your own first. This will give you a real idea of what it takes to buy low, renovate and refinance before taking someone else's money 💰. I intend to have a family member invest with me in the near future however I want to buy my first buy to let and see if it's something I will be able to manage ☺️

Hi Justin, I am currently saving for my first BTL. Do you think it’s ok to save up for the 25% deposit in My isa (Index funds, commodities and bonds) or should I hold it all in cash in my bank account? Thanks!

Great video. I have a couple of questions:

1. If you want to purchase a buy to let property through a limited company does it matter how much your personal income is or if you own your own property?

2. How easy or hard is it to get a buy to let mortgage when buying a property through a limited company ?

Another great video. Really appreciate the information. Do you know if you can do a jv with two different Ltd companies? If I have a Ltd company and say my brother had one can we jointly purchase properties and have 50% in each company?

I was watching a Twitch steam of this hot chick renting in Liverpool. She was streaming from her kitchen. The funniest thing I saw was that her cooker was chained and bolted to the wall. Looks like people in Liverpool steal anything that's not locked & bolted down. lol Wondering if you've had any property theft of a similar nature in Liverpool as a landlord?

I personally wouldn’t do business as joint ventures specially with some one I’ve just known 5 minutes. More often than not disputes occur and battling it out can cost serious legals fees. There are other ways to raise capital specially if you have a decent job and good. When I was starting off and expanding I even used a credit card to provide the deposit. Explore other options first
