At least in England the worst things we have are venomous European viper snakes (also known as adders), wild wallabies, and the occasional grumpy cow 😂

Yeah I'm content enough to be where I am with the scary bears and moose and cougars.
Granted, an alligator isn't all that concerning if they've already eaten that week from what I understand. But I wouldn't test my luck.

There was someone right at the edge of Ohio and Michigan where gators should NOT live because they cannot thrive, close to where I lived at the time, who kept a gator as a pet and it escaped. I think the gator is now safe away from that guy who "owned him" aka kept him in a open pond even during Michigan winters. I don't know what happened to the guy legally, but I hope the police did something.
