I would love to see Janik’s parents speak Spanish! I’m Mexican-American and my parents were born in Mexico. I was born and raised in the U.S. and in middle school we did like a foreign exchange program so I got to go to Reinheim, Germany and stayed with a German family. When I went I mostly took them Mexican gifts along with Mexican candy! When I would talk to my parents over the phone in Spanish they would be so amused in a good way and would ask me to tech them words and would say hi to my parents as well. This whole experience took me back to that!
