Thank you. If I wanted to go a step further and add a light shadow to the hands reacting to an angled light source, how do you recommend I approach this?

Just tips. To rename the layer you can press Enter button. I'ts easiest and faster.

Isn't your hour hand wrong? The minutes hand passes 12 multiple times before the hour hand reaches 1 or 2 or any of the hour markers.

CORRECTION!!!

This is currently not operating like a standard 12 hour clock...
As a solution:
Link Minute Hand to Null Timer
Link Hour Hand to Null Timer * 5 / 60
Link Second Hand to Null Timer * 60
