Before you read this I think you should read my remark to your previous video.
What you really mean to say is that higher frequencies have a higher energy PER SECOND. One cycle per second (1Hz) has the energy of one h and 10Hz has the energy of 10h. It is all per second. (Frequencies stretch from near zero Hertz to near infinity Hertz so calculations around 1 to 10Hz are as valid as calculations in GHz or THz).
h is a constant that in my mind probably is the minimum an electron can move or something similar. It is the minimum energy of one cycle. I believe the package part comes from that to have a frequency you must have a minimum of one cycle to know what the frequency is. It involves length and time.
Other than that I will say that your video and explanation is probably good for learning about it.
