Velkana has been described by the designers as to be very graceful in order to contrast with her cunning and cruelty. In the actual game it will sometimes freeze small creatures and just sit in place observing their frozen carcasses like its really proud of its job. That's right, this Elder Dragon is as mean in-game as this short makes her out to be.
