is the CLEAR button the OFF button? ive been waiting 40 minutes for my oven to cool down but its still hot i just want to make sure my house doesn't burn down

Why do I have to press the conv.bake instead of bake it doesn’t work without pressing that I don’t fw that I thought I was doing something wrong for like 20 mins now I got my food this helped so much

i don’t get what i’m doing wrong. i’m following these instructions but as soon as my oven reaches 350F it shows off meanwhile there’s still 10 minutes left on my timer. WHY WHY WHY? this is so frustrating
