I was just telling a guy about this at the gym about a month ago. He said he always leaves his phone in his car and he keeps it hidden but I told him thieves use Bluetooth scanners.

If I am the mayor, I could reduce theft in a matter less than 4 months. Setup rigged devices with trackers AND setup multiple sting vehicles. 3 days per week where theft most likely occur. Make sure all theft item are over $1000. Lock up criminals as long as possible and enforce the 3 strikes laws. Have all agents work undercover. Do this for 4 month straight day and night and it will stop. Raise emergency sales tax .5% for only 4 months to pay for it. That's actually cheap because of all the broken windows and businesses they are losing. It's worth it.

Iv seen alot of these watchers down in frisco walking down scanning. Than they hit up the crew to come swoop in. There is so many people involved in their operations
