In the past 2 days I’ve found 4 in my room. I’m starting to find them on my clothes. I want them out

The 8 or so we get in the winter don't bother me much- they keep my cats entertained, except one time when one flew at my cellphone screen in the dark and it scared me to death 🤣

I have one room where I consistently see them 3-4 per day in the winter. Do they give birth while they are in my home ? There’s a good chance they are in my attic and working their way in. What amazes me is that I don’t have fixity of them instead of a consistent three of them or so

I live in maine, have recently had a seed bug and a couple stink bugs. have had them before and they terrify me, especially when they decide to fly/jump on me. I dont even know if they can technically jump but I swear they like to go for my head. Anyways, I have two AC units still in place because it's that awkward time where is super hot in the morning and cold at night, but I'll just stick with a fan and take my units out to prevent more from getting in! Nice video, I strangely like to research about the bugs that come into my home.

They have recently started to enter into my home just like you said, all over windows and walls... I pick them up and put outside or my cat stalks them until out of her reach...I’m in Atlanta it’s really hot here

I didn't know that about stink bugs, in regards to them looking for shelter in the winter. I swear you sound like a entomology professor

New subbie here and since buying my house about 6 years ago, I’ve turned into a complete and utter lunatic!!...
I live across the street from a farm and let me tell you, I could open up a frigging Nature Center right here in my very own home!!...
From slugs, to wolf spiders, wasps & the biggest nests I’ve ever seen in my life, to flies, ants, frogs, salamanders, bats, moles,
moths, beetles, those flying ant things that randomly come out of my ground in swarms, you name it I have it...
But NOTHING drives me crazier (aside from the random fly getting into my house here/there), than these damn stink bugs!!!!....
They’re getting much worse than they were at the beginning and I presume this is because the farm is no longer growing pumpkins (which was keeping the stink bugs over there).
But unfortunately, the past few years they’ve been growing tobacco instead and the second they pick the last of that tobacco/give it one final sweep with the mower, they immediately come to my house-
A few weeks ago, I noticed a TON of babies crawling all over my trash cans which is something I’ve never witnessed before.
Now they’re adults and they’re everywhere!
So here’s my question-
I’ve managed to find a pesticide that works great. But only around the foundation where I’ve sprayed. (They’re all over the higher parts of my house. So I plan on spraying the entire exterior of my house next time). But how do I keep them from coming over to my property all together?...
Okay maybe not “ALL together”...
That’s a total stretch. But what if I were to start spraying my grass every year also?
Would that deter them?...
(I’m thinking the more I spray the more residual I’ll build up and perhaps reach a point where I can get these little fu#%ers under control). 🤪🔫

I guess it's time to bundle up at night, now that it's fall season. I noticed they slipped in through the screen of the window on the top bunk, when it was open. I think the bunk heater, is attracting them too.

So from what I got from this is, I should I keep the cab cool, so that they don't think to come in. I also saw a video saying, they don't like fresheners, or scents like lavender. Not sure if that is true, yet.

Hey can you please tell me if you have any ways to get them out quick because I’m not able to deal with bugs and they freak me out. I have them in my room and I don’t think I can sleep because of them. Can you give me more advice to deal with them? I’m desperate at this point and I need all the help I can get

I am allergic to them also. But the problem we have is they come in all summer long. Then in the fall like right now they are gone. We had stink bugs all summer for 3 months. We have a window unit because our central air went out. Yes they came in through the actual ac unit! The unit started freezing up and blowing water out. My husband took it apart and it was full of stink bugs. He vacuumed them out and the ac worked great. This was may June July August and they just stared dieing down in September. I have seen maybe 5 in 2 months. We live in north Carolina. So the summers are blistering hot. Its October and it was 75 today. And tonight its gonna be 40. So I dont know why they come in all summer and then fall comes and they are gone. I'm happy though.

Can you use soapy water to kill stinkbugs? Why does it seem like they are laying eggs in my light and hatching in it? Do they just like the light or is it because it’s warm?
