Great video. I even give my backyard chickens Garlic cloves in their water alternating with ACV in their water also. I mix thyme and oregano in their organic feed that they have available when they can't free range. Very healthy happy girls.

I incorporated many of these on a daily basis and have since before the plandemic. Then I upped my intake in 2020 and never got Covid nor did I take the Jab. MCT oil (concentrated coconut oil) and black seed oil are also a great way to keep healthy.

I eat raw garlic every morning. I grate it like cheese on my toast with goat cheese and i put handful of raw organic pumpkin seeds on top. So delicious 🤤. Keeping those pesky parasites away. I stopped eating sushi 🍣 long time ago. Make sure my meats are cooked well. Stay away from pork.

Ginger is not for the A blood group. My daughter started to get terrible migrains. I asked her are you eating ginger? Yes she
replied. I told her stop eating it. She did. Not another migrain since.
