Oh I love Thai Basil too. My Swedish neighbours shared a cutting with me and planted it a few yrs ago . Such a welcome addition to my garden here in Southern Ontario. I just can’t be without it now. I call it Mary’s herb 🌿 😊

It's amazing. I grow it now, but mostly I buy it at Asian stores in larger bunches. We do Vietnamese spring rolls a lot. Can't live without it.

Besides kefir lime leaves, Thai basil is one of the essential taste elements in Thai green curry chicken soup 🤤❤️. And yes, it has a bit of black liquorice hint to it. Love it!
