Nevermind Modi cannot boast of tall academic credentials from the elite univs of the west. There's lot to learn from Modi, including for Shashi Tharoor. Mountains of knowledge and volumes of writing and waxing eloquence about India & Indian glory etc are of little help if the heart is lacking or fearful. Scholarship without convictions is worth a dime.

Modi govt decided to defend the honour of the country when the democratically elected govt and leadership were attacked by BBC, by taking appropriate actions in our soil. Sulking before the colonial powers is not in the nature of team India (govt).
