The original 1980 ARM IC Chip Architecture is now an OPEN PROPRIETARY public domain design which means the entire public can now copy the original ARM IC Chip Architecture Designs openly and openly copy it LEGALLY for it's patent life has already EXPIRED and all patents expires in 7 to 15 years. It's EXPIRED patent rights is already in the PUBLIC DOMAIN IN 1987 to 1995. That's 25 years ago to 33 years ago already and is already in the public domain and is still in the public domain, and BANNING all forms of ILLEGAL EVERGREENING of patents. The Japanese legal patent lawyers knew this all along and they cannot be disputed legally as by all legal laws.
